At Fox Valley ENT, patients’ health and well-being have been at the foundation of our clinic.

As your local physicians and doctors of audiology, COVID-19 has been closely monitored, and appropriate steps have been taken with immediate effect to serve the community’s needs and protect vulnerable populations.

A three-step protocol is now in place for all patients.

#1 – Screening Before Making Your Appointment

Before accepting an appointment, we screen all patients by asking several questions to discover if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with anybody that has tested positive in the past 14 days.

#2 – Rescheduled Non-Essential Appointments

All non-essential appointments are currently being rescheduled at least 4 weeks out to ensure that there is limited office traffic to follow the CDC’s recommendations.

#3 – Introduction of Telehealth

Telehealth is a revolutionary technology that allows our team to support you remotely. If we find that you are better suited for a telehealth appointment, it will be scheduled, and you’ll be able to speak to a physician or hearing care professional from the comfort of your own home.

Caring for the health of Fox Valley is the number one priority, and this protocol has been implemented to protect you, other patients, and our staff.

If you have any questions or need any help, please call your local office.

Do you know somebody that needs to see this? Why not share it?
