At Fox Valley ENT, patients’ health and well-being have been at the foundation of our clinic.

As your local physicians and doctors of audiology, the development of COVID-19 is monitored, and we continually follow government guidelines for in-person appointments.

With the recent development of the Omicron variant, we must take preventative measures to ensure you continue to be in safe hands when you visit us.

Appropriate steps have been taken with immediate effect to serve the community’s needs and protect vulnerable populations.

To stay up to date with the latest CDC government guidelines in your county, please use the CDC tool below.

A three-step protocol is now in place for all patients.

#1 – Screening Before Making Your Appointment

Before accepting an appointment, we screen all patients by asking several questions to discover if they have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with anybody that has tested positive in the past 14 days.

#2Sanitization Stations

We continue to sanitize all surfaces in both common areas and practitioner rooms. In addition, equipment is cleaned in between appointments, and all of our staff wear face covers in line with CDC guidelines.

#3 – Telehealth Is Here To Stay

Telehealth is a revolutionary technology that we introduced back in May 2020 when the pandemic first began. It allows our team to support you remotely. If we find that you are better suited for a telehealth appointment, it will be scheduled, and you’ll be able to speak to a physician or hearing care professional from the comfort of your own home.

Caring for the health of Fox Valley is the number one priority, and this protocol has been implemented to protect you, other patients, and our staff.

If you have any questions or need any help, please call your local office.

Do you know somebody that needs to see this? Why not share it?
