A three-step protocol is now in place for all patients.
#1 – Screening Before Making Your Appointment
Before accepting an appointment, we screen all patients by asking several questions to discover if they have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with anybody that has tested positive in the past 14 days.
#2 – Sanitization Stations
We continue to sanitize all surfaces in both common areas and practitioner rooms. In addition, equipment is cleaned in between appointments, and all of our staff wear face covers in line with CDC guidelines.
#3 – Telehealth Is Here To Stay
Telehealth is a revolutionary technology that we introduced back in May 2020 when the pandemic first began. It allows our team to support you remotely. If we find that you are better suited for a telehealth appointment, it will be scheduled, and you’ll be able to speak to a physician or hearing care professional from the comfort of your own home.
